Illinois Governor, Chicago Gangster, Rod Blagojevich; was released today after cutting a Deal with the judge to go easy on him. That is, that Governor Rod Blagojevich would go easy on the judge. Which, when dealing with Chicago politics, who knows if the judge is straight, or just as corrupt as the rest of that Filthy City Of Dirty Rats?

And in deed the judge (obviously in on the take), released Governor Rod Blagojevich on his own recognizance after his best friend Barack Obama posted bail.

The Illinois Governor, Gangsta, Mobster, Con-man, Psychopath, Abuser of the public trust, and all around "typical" Illinois resident; was taken from his bed and arrested Tuesday after prosecutors alleged he was caught on wiretaps audaciously scheming to sell Barack Obama's vacant Senate seat for Cash, or at least a job for himself in the new administration.

According NewsOK, The charges do not identify by name any of the political figures under consideration for the Senate seat, referring to them only as "Candidate 1," ''Candidate 2," and so on. However, those being considered for the post include: Obama confidante Valerie Jarrett, Reps. Jesse Jackson Jr., Danny Davis, Jan Schakowsky and Luis Gutierrez; Illinois Senate President Emil Jones; and Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs Director Tammy Duckworth.

Tammy Duckworth. What an interestingly odd name.
So I Googled her, and this is what I found.

* Wikipedia- director of the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs, Iraq War veteran whose severe combat wounds cost her both of her legs and damaged her right arm. She continues to serve as a Major in the Illinois Army National Guard and is married to Major Bryan W. Bowlsbey who is also an Iraq War Veteran and serves in the Illinois Army National Guard..

WOW!!! Impressive. And obviously not one to be involved in any kind of political scandal. But then I found this...

Suntimes- Nov 11, 2008 ... President-elect Barack Obama visited the Bronze Soldiers Memorial at Soldier Field this morning with Tammy Duckworth at his side. ...

Now I don't know, maybe it's just a coincidence. Seeing as how they both live in the same state and all. But one thing is for sure, until all the facts come out, EVERYBODY is under suspicion.

TXDOT, the Texas Department of Transportation, is considering the implementation of a Mileage-Based User Tax, on all it’s highways.

In quoting Martin Capper, CEO of MARK IV IVHS, TxDOT has stated in their blog “Keep Texas Moving” that;

As current federal-aid surface transportation legislation is scheduled to expire in September 2009, and with infrastructure needs far out-stripping funding from current taxes, Martin Capper, CEO of MARK IV IVHS, told the 5,000 delegates of the 15th World Congress last week in New York that a mileage-based fee is technically possible and is a fair way to collect funds needed to meet North America’s infrastructure needs.

And Further that;

According to Capper, “With key transportation leaders seeking an annual increase in infrastructure spending as great as $50 billion per year, we must look at alternatives to the motor fuel tax, especially in the long term when fuel tax revenue will decline because of fuel economy, alternative fuels and a long-term increase in oil prices.”To raise $ 50 billion annually with fuel taxes would require an increase in the current federal motor fuels tax of about 28 cents-per-gallon. A two (2) cent-per-mile user fee would raise the same amount based only on activity in the top 100 major Metropolitan areas. Nationally, the revenue collected would be substantially more.

And just “how” would TxDOT go about Tracking the mileage of Texas Highway users?

“Because of its inherent fairness in allocating costs to system users, a per-mile fee is one option that should be considered,” added Capper. “5.9 GHz is proven and could be utilized to implement such a new fee, as well as offering coast-to-coast ubiquity for motorists in applications that today utilize disparate technologies such as electronic toll collection.”

5.9 GHz has moved past the theoretic stage with successful field testing in California and Detroit during 2008. Once in place, a 5.9 GHz open-architecture system would be available for many additional applications, including a mileage-based fee to support infrastructure.

And just what is this 5.9 GHz technology?

5.9 GHz DSRC is a powerful new communication medium between moving vehicles and the roadway as well as directly among moving vehicles. DSRC uses an allocation of radio frequency spectrum established by the FCC to enable a broad slate of public and private safety applications that promise to enhance the productivity of the nation’s transportation system. The development of 5.9 GHz DSRC is a critical milestone toward introduction of numerous applications such as intersection collision warning, curve speed warning, rollover warning, emergency electronic brake lights, nationally interoperable electronic toll collection and many others, some of which have not yet been conceived. HA! Well, it appears as though the Government is focusing on More than saftey applications, now.

And though I don’t fully understand how it works, I can tell you that the 5.9 GHz DSRC is a Tiny little Chip embedded into the “tires” of your vehicle which then communicates (via PUBLIC air ways) with Roadside “Government” monitoring stations.

And it appears as though, TxDOT will be monitoring the movements of it’s citizens, very soon.

GM Auto Maker Bail-Out Coming!

"Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada said on Friday he "plans to press forward" with emergency aid to automakers..." "Leaders in the House of Representatives have been working to craft legislation that would allow the Treasury Department to extend emergency assistance to Detroit under its ongoing corporate rescue initiative.

In return, the government likely would take an equity stake in the companies and impose conditions, including limits on executive compensation."

Essentially what this means is that the United States Federal Government is about to Take-Over the US Auto Industry just as it did the American Banking system with the now infamous $750 Billion dollar Bail-Out package. Which, was "suppose to" purchase the bad loans banks had made, but instead was used to Buy the banks themselves through stock purchasing.

Why was it decided to "Buy the Bank" instead of the bank's bad loans/paper? Because in the larger scheme of things, "if you own the bank, you own the paper". And by taking over the bank, not only does the US Gov. now own the bank, but the mortgage on Your House as well!

So is this something we should worry about?

Take a look at the last statement in the quote above...

"In return, the government likely would take an equity stake in the companies and impose conditions, including limits on executive compensation."

now let's take that statement and do a little word substitution taking into account that some poor unfortunate homeowner got behind on their mortgage, and also needed a bail out...

"In return, the government likely would take an equity stake in the Home and impose conditions, including limits on homeowners rights."

Now THAT'S SCARY!!!
Except for one thing. Since, at this point, the gov. will Already own an equity share in your mortgage as it already owns the bank. The above "revised" statement, really doesn't mean that much should you fall behind on your payments and need help. So now let's take it one step further and say...

"In return, the government likely would take an equity stake in the HomeOwner, and impose conditions including limits on the homeowner's freedom."

Ok Laugh! But before you do, you should know that this is Exactly how the USSR controlled it's economy, and it's people. There is one other factor that has yet to be established in the "complete" communist conversion of the United States. And that is the taking over of religion. However, as the "Unitarian Universalism" religion has already been established and adopted by both the United Nations and the World Court. The only thing left is it's implementation.

The latest statements underline Moscow's determination to upgrade its nuclear strike forces on land, sea and air. They are regarded by Russian commanders as the cornerstone of the country's defenses.

Colonel-General Vladimir Popovkin, head of armaments for the Russian armed forces, told the Defense Ministry newspaper "Red Star" that Russia's recent war with Georgia "compels us to rethink the current state of the armed forces and how they should develop further."

FoxNews WASHINGTON — Unqualified home buyers were not the only ones who benefitted from Massachusetts Rep. Barney Frank’s efforts to deregulate Fannie Mae throughout the 1990s.

So did Frank’s partner, a Fannie Mae executive at the forefront of the agency’s push to relax lending restrictions.

Now that Fannie Mae is at the epicenter of a financial meltdown that threatens the U.S. economy, some are raising new questions about Frank's relationship with Herb Moses, who was Fannie’s assistant director for product initiatives. Moses worked at the government-sponsored enterprise from 1991 to 1998, while Frank was on the House Banking Committee, which had jurisdiction over Fannie.

Both Frank and Moses assured the Wall Street Journal in 1992 that they took pains to avoid any conflicts of interest. Critics, however, remain skeptical.

The US House of Representatives has voted by 263-171 in favour of a $700bn (£380bn) plan to rescue the US financial sector. The 263-171 vote was the second in a week, following its shock rejection of an earlier version on Monday.

The package is aimed at buying up the bad debts of failing financial institutions on Wall Street.US President George W Bush praised lawmakers for their "spirit of co-operation" before signing the bill into law later on Friday.

The House adopted the new version after the Senate added about $100bn in new tax breaks to win Republican votes.

TrashDispatch: Note the "$700bn (£380bn)" reference in the BBC news report above. For those of you who do not understand dollar valuations, it means that the British Pound is worth Twice as much as the U S Dollar. Or rather, that the U S Dollar is worth Half as much as the British Pound.

That valuation is likely to Drop another 15-25% when the markets open on Monday however, as the US Gov is having to Print those extra bills to keep it's economy afloat. Meaning, it will take even More U S Dollars to buy British Pounds.

The truly amazing thing however, is that this bill is suppose to help people Borrow money when, people borrowing money, is the reason people are in trouble in the first place. In deed the "Bail-Out" will do nothing more than to help people get More in debt.

WASHINGTON - In a stunning vote that shocked the capital and worldwide markets, the House on Monday defeated a $700 billion emergency rescue for the nation's financial system, ignoring urgent warnings from President Bush and congressional leaders of both parties that the economy could nosedive without it. The Dow Jones industrials plunged 778 points, the most ever for a single day.

Democratic and Republican leaders alike pledged to try again, though the Democrats said GOP lawmakers needed to provide more votes. Bush huddled with his economic advisers about a next step. The House was to reconvene on Thursday instead of adjourning for the year as planned.

The stock plunge began even before the 228-205 vote to reject the bill was officially announced on the House floor. Sarah Louise Heath Palin (born February 11, 1964) is the Governor of Alaska and the Republican vice-presidential nominee in the 2008 United States presidential election.

Sarah Palin served two terms on the Wasilla, Alaska city council from 1992 to 1996, and then won two terms as mayor of Wasilla from 1996 to 2002. After an unsuccessful campaign for lieutenant governor of Alaska in 2002, she chaired and served as Ethics Supervisor of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission from 2003 to 2004.

Elected governor of Alaska in November 2006, Sarah Palin became the first woman and the youngest person to hold that office. She defeated incumbent governor Frank Murkowski in the Republican primary, and former Democratic governor Tony Knowles in the general election.

On August 29, 2008, Republican presidential candidate Senator John McCain (failing in the polls), announced that he had chosen now Governor Sarah Palin as his running mate. She was nominated, and did Accept that nomination at the 2008 Republican National Convention in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Sarah Palin is now the first woman Ever, to run on the Republican presidential ticket. Ah, but there's More!

The tide has Changed. The Polls have turned.

Since her nomination, Sarah Palin has become a phenomenon of support for the Republican presidential candidate Senator John McCain. And for the Republican party itself. But for the Democratic party, she has become instead, a Phenomenal Party Pooper.

You see, until Governor Sarah Palin's acceptance of the Republican nomination for Vice-president of the United States. The Democrats had enjoyed the support of both the Black vote, and of the Female vote as Senator Hillary Clinton was... -or at least- "was supposed to be", the Democrats choice for Vice-president of the United States.

That prospect did not turn out to be true however, as the Democratic Presidential nominee - Senator Barack Obama (voting record)- nominated instead, Congressman Joe Biden of Delaware for the vice-presidential position. A mistake which he is now coming to regret as women, particularly White women, are now shifting their support over to the Republican party.

But Why?

Do women not determine their choice for the Presidency of the United States, on the "issues"?

I mean, Sarah Palin is Pro-Life! And a Conservative for God's sake!
How could any decent feminist Democratic Woman, ever even consider voting for her?
Especially a Black feminist woman?

What we see, we judge. Yet what we see, is not of flesh. But of spirit!

In Sarah Palin's acceptance speech, she described herself as a devoted and Loving wife (or maybe I just got that impression), but nevertheless as a Working Mom, with (5) FIVE Kids no less, and as "the" major bread winner in her home. Not that hubby was any kind of slouch, you understand. And of course not that a stay-at-home mom is in Any-Way less respectable than Sarah as a working mom. It's just that, and in deed, as Sarah Palin herself was a stay-at-home mom. And with all the concerns and fears for the welfare and Future of her children as any other stay-at-home mom. Sarah soon however, found herself thrust into her Prominent, Dominate, High Paying, "formerly Males Only" position, because of her determination to build a better world for her children. Well, maybe not a better "world". As she really only sought to change things in her own hometown of Wasilla, Alaska.

But you see, that's what makes Sarah Palin so Genuine as a vice-presidential, or even as a Presidential candidate. As it was Neither of those two Honorable persons that she ever "Aspired" to become. But rather, and in truth, at least in Sarah's case. They are "the consequence of a woman's determination to protect and defend her family." And not even the Office of the President itself, is as honorable as that!

Ironically. Sarah Palin now finds herself as a woman, and even more importantly, as a Female Leader in what is typically known as a "Man's World".

And "that" my friends, is the reason why not only are White women flocking to the republican ticket, but ALL women. Because when it comes to gender, all other issues, including race, go out the window. For in spirit, women have been oppressed by men in a man's world for Far Longer than "race" or "races" have even existed. Black, White, Green, Purple. Women don't care about those things! The only thing they care about is what they "feel". And what they feel, is they have been oppressed by men (of All colors) since the dawn of time.

Call it a perception, a delusion, or an insanity. It really doesn't matter.
Because the truth is guys. Women, as well as men, are nothing more than the sum of all their fears. And Sarah Palin, weather she knows it or not. Weather she likes it or not. Represents to women Freedom from the Oppression of men. Freedom from the Fear that a woman Cannot Succeed in a Man's world. And that's Good! For as we all know, "when momma ain't happy, Ain't Nobody happy"!

I've got a feelin therefore, that if Sarah Palin ever becomes "President".
There's gonna be a Whole Lotta Changin goin on.
And all, for the better.

In it, WSJ states;

The underreported economic news of the week is that Barack Obama favors a stronger dollar. Even better, he thinks a stronger greenback would help to reduce oil prices.

That at least is what the Democratic Presidential candidate told a town hall forum in Parma, Ohio, on Tuesday. “If we had a strengthening of the dollar, that would help” reduce fuel costs, he said, according to a Reuters dispatch ignored by most of the media.

This ought to be a bigger story. In linking the dollar to oil prices, Mr. Obama is pointedly at odds with the Bush Administration and Federal Reserve, both of which blame high commodity prices on supply and demand, despite falling demand due to slower global growth. Fed officials — in particular, Vice Chairman Donald Kohn — have expressly rejected any strong link between the dollar’s collapse and the oil price surge since last August.

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Former Democratic presidential nominee John Edwards will endorse Sen. Barack Obama on Wednesday at a campaign event in Grand Rapids, Michigan, according to Obama’s campaign.

Edwards dropped out of the Democratic race in January 30 after poor showings in the early contests, in which he racked up just 26 delegates to the party’s August nominating convention in Denver.

He told NBC last week that Obama, the Democratic front-runner, is the party’s likely nominee. Both Obama and the his rival, Sen. Hillary Clinton, had sought Edwards’ blessing. -CNN

TrashDispatch: “Yeahman” of digg.com stated; “In doing so he can now turn over all the pledged delegates he’s won to Obama.” That’s 27 delagates by CNN’s count.

“Ricoknowsbest” writes that this is the, “Final Nail in the Coffin for Hillary”. However “NameTry2468″ wrote; ” 1 Day after West Virginia? Nice timing, Johnny…”.

And in deed it does seem a little ironic that John Edwards should choose this particular moment to endorse Obama. Almost as if, he had been waiting in the wings of the Democratic party, so that he could Knee-Cap Hillary Clinton as she was coming off stage from a Brilliant performance. I mean, the parallel is uncanny.

Still, I wonder if this means an Obama / Edwards ticket?

Logically, -which is to say, as a “man”,- it would be (look) better for Edwards as second to another “male” Presidential candidate. I mean, rather than second to a Female candidate. But wait a minute! That would make Edwards a sexist. Surely not! …Maybe Obama just had more Money to offer, on Top of a Vice nomination.

An endorsement from Edwards, who ran as vice president on Sen. John Kerry’s ticket in the 2004 presidential election, would have a significant impact on the race, Democratic strategist Peter Fenn said after Edwards dropped out.

“You could make an argument that the change issue does benefit Barack Obama, that he picks up that support. You could also make the argument that there’s a lot of support out there amongst people that will go to Hillary,” he said. “The big issue here is who will he endorse.” -CNN

Yep, welp. We know now! “Obama/Edwards, 2008″.

Televangelist John Hagee apologizes to Catholics

WASHINGTON - John Hagee, an influential Texas televangelist who endorsed John McCain, apologized to Catholics Tuesday for his stinging criticism of the Roman Catholic Church and for having “emphasized the darkest chapters in the history of Catholic and Protestant relations with the Jews.”

Hagee’s support for McCain has drawn cries of outrage from some Catholic leaders who have called on McCain to reject Hagee’s endorsement. The likely Republican nominee has said he does not agree with some of Hagee’s past comments, but did not reject his support.

Trash Dispatch: Obviously, this is an exact replay of the Barack Obama / Jeremiah Wright scandal within the Democratic party. Only this time, it is Republican John McCain who must now defend his ties with a controversial leader of the religious community.

I, the Shadowmancher, have listened to John Hagee many times. And for the most part, he’s pretty right on. However, I always knew he was cooking his fat goose with his Damn the Catholic Church rhetoric. Although…

the Catholic Church’s Flip-Flopping of alliances during War times, is well documented. As well as it’s Playing of Both sides.

But in Today’s world, the name of the game is, “Survivor”. And so I guess, if I were to draw a line between the differences between Obama and McCain, I couldn’t!

Both men have agendas. (Unlike Hillary who is in it just for herself) What those agendas may be is any body’s guess, of course. But my fear is that it does Not baud well for the United States.

Only Hillary, Cares enough about her image, her Vanity, and her legacy, to do the things that would bring about her Glory. (serve the will of the people.)
The other two guys, Couldn’t Care Less!

Which is to say They (Obama/McCain), couldn’t care less about what anybody thinks of them -just like George Bush- and will do whatever They want to do -again, just like George Bush.

Matt Drudge, Tim Russert of MSNBC and adviser to President Bill Clinton David Gergen on CNN all say Hillary is done.

Gawker Reports: Matt Drudge did something nice for the entire country: He ended the Democratic primary with a picture and headline which ran atop Drudge Report tonight.

Meet The Press anchor Tim Russert calmly explaining to America that “we now know who the Democratic nominee is going to be” and that Hillary Clinton is probably about to quit (she cancelled her TV appearances and everything!).

Update: Hillary Clinton, in a round about way, announced they she would consider submitting herself as Barack Obama’s “Vice”, or running mate, as she declared her loyalty to “keeping the Democratic Party Together”.

Note: Hillary Clinton has played second fiddle to her husband Bill Clinton for so long that I guess, assuming the Bottom position -for her-, isn’t really anything new, or news.

There has been no word from the Obama camp as to "if" Barack would consider having a "White Woman as his Vice", but, you know these are Changing times. And Barack Obama is the Candidate for Change!

Seems the Black man just can’t get a break in White America. Especially not when the Black man -who would be President- preaches Kill the White man! ..Hmmm? I wonder why?

Interestingly, and Typically, it has always been the white man who has led the charge against the white man. Which would indicate a struggle for Power among the whites, with the blacks, -or rather, with the blacks “propensity” for self-loathing- as their weapon of choice.

This method of manipulation isn’t new of course. As it was first used by the Serpent to turn Eve against God simply by the “suggestion” that God had victimized, depraved, abused, and quite literally made a fool out of Eve; by telling her that she would “surely die”, should she eat of the tree of knowledge.

“For God Knows”, the Serpent said; “that on the day you eat thereof, …You shall become as the gods!”

Yep! That’ll do it every time.

And the black man “saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise,” so he took of the fruit thereof, and did eat. Declaring WAR against the white man!

Ok, so Eve didn’t declare war against the white man. However, it should be noted that, that is the point at which the “separation” between God and Man (as a species) occurred.

Or rather, and to put it in words as we have come to understand them today. That is the point at which the “segregation” between Whites and Blacks (as a race) occurred.

Which is Really interesting, as that is this very message that is being Preached by none other than Barack Obama’s religion preacher, Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Preaching, Not a message of Oneness, or Unity. But a message divisiveness, and Segregation. Both in deed and in Spirit, preaching the “differences” between the black man and the white man, as if, the “man” as a species, is meaningless.

“Black people are Different”, Rev. Jeremiah Wright preaches. “black people Can’t Learn the way white people do. We have to be jumping around, climbing the walls, and disturbing the peace”, he says.

It’s insane, I know. But what can you do? For once the devil has convinced you that God is a Liar, how then can you ever again believe in the truth, when it is the truth, you no longer trust?

Obama’s appeal to working-class whites faltering, polls show

WASHINGTON (AP) — Barack Obama’s problem winning votes from working-class whites is showing no sign of going away, and their impression of him is getting worse.

Those are ominous signals as he hopes for strong performances next week in Indiana and North Carolina primaries that would derail the candidacy of Hillary Rodham Clinton, his rival for the Democratic presidential nomination. Those contests come as his candidacy has been rocked by renewed attention to his volatile former pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, and by his defeat in last month’s Pennsylvania primary.

In an Associated Press-Yahoo News poll in April, 53 percent of whites who have not completed college viewed Obama unfavorably, up a dozen percentage points from November. During that period, the numbers viewing Clinton and Republican candidate John McCain negatively have stayed about even.

The April poll — conducted before the Pennsylvania contest — also showed an overwhelming preference for Clinton over Obama among working-class whites. They favored her over him by 39 percentage points, compared to a 10-point Obama lead among white college graduates. Obama also did worse than Clinton among those less-educated voters when matched up against Republican candidate John McCain.

When we first saw them, they were solitary, reserved, and some would say, “almost catatonic” having been Brain-Washed by their Male-Captors.

But in this photo (taken by the Associated Press), the looks on the faces of these polygamist women are not those of abused, sheltered, or brain-washed women; but of Determined Mothers.

I’ve seen that look before.
And I’ve got a feeling, the War has yet to begin.

The Dallas City Council is poised to reform the city’s sexually oriented business laws, culminating months of study and preparation by city attorneys at the behest of politicians convinced current ordinances are woefully weak.

But just hours before a scheduled Wednesday vote, only top city officials know what these proposed changes entail — and they’re refusing to discuss them publicly.

Such silence from typically talkative council members comes a day after City Attorney Tom Perkins circulated a confidential memorandum to Dallas’ elected leaders outlining his office’s proposed policy changes. The phrase “attorney/client privilege” is marked at the memorandum’s top, several council members and their aides said.

City Council member Mitchell Rasansky, chairman of the body’s finance, audit and accountability committee, says vetting such law proposals outside the view of strip club owners and pornography peddlers is appropriate, especially in light of Dallas police in March discovering a 12-year-old girl dancing nude in Diamond’s Cabaret, a Dallas club.

Here’s something interesting. We Can’t make a law against just 12 year old minor children dancing nude in Nude Bars and Clubs, as then you would have to have a separate law for 13yr old children dancing nude. So instead of making all those Different laws, we make BLANKET laws.
