Court Rules Abuse of Power by Texas Child Protective Services

Trash Dispatch:

Court Rules Abuse of Power by Texas Child Protective ServicesPolygamist Wives, VICTORIOUS!!!

A state appellate court ruled Thursday that child welfare officials had no right to seize hundreds of children from a polygamist sect’s ranch on April 3. It was unclear how many children were affected by the ruling. The state took 464 children into custody, but Thursday’s ruling directly applied to the children of 48 sect mothers…

TrashDispatch: Let me put it this way. “We Think” you may be abusing your children. Therefore, we will not Only take Your children. But you Neighbor’s children as well. HA! And there is Nothing you can do about it… until today.

Thank God for the Texas 3rd Appellate Court ruling! Let’s just hope it’s not overturned by the State’s Supreme Court. On the other hand; if the ruling is overturned. I feel that there will be a Whole Lot More Protests on the court house steps than just the polygamist wives, by themselves. At least, I should Hope there would be.

And as far as the polygamist “Life Style” is concerned. How should we discriminate? …What? the Gay and lesbian lifestyle is “OK” but… Not the polygamist lifestyle?

So what about the African-American lifestyle? Or the Native-American lifestyle? The Mexican or Canadian Lifestyles? What about, YOUR Lifestyle?

Yes, I think maybe a Crank Call to CPS is in order here, as That, is Exactly what anyone who discriminates against the polygamist is sanctioning. The right to Destroy Your lifestyle, and your Family, simply because… “We Don’t Like You!”

Oh yes, I have heard the argument of “Child Abuse”. But then, so did the The Texas 3rd Appellate Court Judge. And what the court found, is that there was No Evidence! And in Fact, that there was NEVER ANY EVIDENCE!!!

It was ALL LIES and DECEPTION cooked up by, …by, Hmmm?

Teen sex study doubts ”technical virginity”Teen Sex

“There is a widespread belief that teens engage in nonvaginal forms of sex, especially oral sex, as a way to be sexually active while still claiming that, technically, they are virgins,” Laura Lindberg of the Guttmacher Institute in New York, who led the study, said in a statement.

“However, our research shows that this supposed substitution of oral sex for vaginal sex is largely a myth. There is no good evidence that teens who have not had intercourse engage in oral sex with a series of partners.”

There has been a dramatic coarsening in the behaviour of an entire underclass of young women - driven partly by the destruction of the nuclear family and the lack of a strong father figure, but also by a celebrity culture in which female so-called “stars” are photographed blind drunk and fighting in the gutter with other women outside nightclubs.

TrashDispatch: California Legalizes Gay Marriage!

Trash Dispatch: California Legalizes Gay Marriage!

In a 4-3 decision, the justices rule that people have a fundamental right to marry the person of their choice and that gender restrictions violate the state Constitution’s equal protection guarantees.Gay Marriage

SAN FRANCISCO — The California Supreme Court decided today that same-sex couples should be permitted to wed, ruling that gay unions must be given the “respect and dignity” of marriage.

In a 4-3 vote, the court became the first in the country to apply the constitutional protections reserved for race and gender to sexual orientation. The Massachusetts high court struck down bans on same-sex marriage in 2003, but under a different legal theory.

The court held that people have a fundamental right to marry the person of their choice and struck down marriage laws limiting matrimony to opposite-sex couples as a violation of the state constitution’s equal protection guarantees.

YahooNews: SAN FRANCISCO - California’s Supreme Court declared that gay couples in the nation’s biggest state can marry — a monumental but perhaps short-lived victory for the gay rights movement as religious and social conservatives are pressing to put a constitutional amendment on the ballot in November. However, Schwarzenegger, a “Conservative” Republican, said “will not support an amendment to the constitution that would overturn this state Supreme Court ruling.” [link]

AmericanBlog: Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger released the following statement today regarding the state Supreme Court’s ruling on same-sex marriage:

“I respect the Court’s decision and as Governor, I will uphold its ruling. Also, as I have said in the past, I will not support an amendment to the constitution that would overturn this state Supreme Court ruling.” [link]

JOHN EDWARDS ENDORSES BARACK OBAMA!!!

Obama Edwards 2008?

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Former Democratic presidential nominee John Edwards will endorse Sen. Barack Obama on Wednesday at a campaign event in Grand Rapids, Michigan, according to Obama’s campaign.

Edwards dropped out of the Democratic race in January 30 after poor showings in the early contests, in which he racked up just 26 delegates to the party’s August nominating convention in Denver.

He told NBC last week that Obama, the Democratic front-runner, is the party’s likely nominee. Both Obama and the his rival, Sen. Hillary Clinton, had sought Edwards’ blessing. -CNN

TrashDispatch: “Yeahman” of digg.com stated; “In doing so he can now turn over all the pledged delegates he’s won to Obama.” That’s 27 delagates by CNN’s count.

“Ricoknowsbest” writes that this is the, “Final Nail in the Coffin for Hillary”. However “NameTry2468″ wrote; ” 1 Day after West Virginia? Nice timing, Johnny…”.

And in deed it does seem a little ironic that John Edwards should choose this particular moment to endorse Obama. Almost as if, he had been waiting in the wings of the Democratic party, so that he could Knee-Cap Hillary Clinton as she was coming off stage from a Brilliant performance. I mean, the parallel is uncanny.

Still, I wonder if this means an Obama / Edwards ticket?

Logically, -which is to say, as a “man”,- it would be (look) better for Edwards as second to another “male” Presidential candidate. I mean, rather than second to a Female candidate. But wait a minute! That would make Edwards a sexist. Surely not! …Maybe Obama just had more Money to offer, on Top of a Vice nomination.

An endorsement from Edwards, who ran as vice president on Sen. John Kerry’s ticket in the 2004 presidential election, would have a significant impact on the race, Democratic strategist Peter Fenn said after Edwards dropped out.

“You could make an argument that the change issue does benefit Barack Obama, that he picks up that support. You could also make the argument that there’s a lot of support out there amongst people that will go to Hillary,” he said. “The big issue here is who will he endorse.” -CNN

Yep, welp. We know now! “Obama/Edwards, 2008″.
