Border Patrol prosecutor Johnny Sutton failed to appear before a House subcommittee hearing prompting Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif. to declare: "This case Stinks to High Heaven!"
Also in contempt for the hearings; is Department of Homeland Security's Inspector General Richard L. Skinner, who also failed to appear. And even the Department of Justice itself, through it's "Lack of cooperation"; may in fact prompt Additional oversight hearings by the subcommittee who, is demanding answers in the controversial Border Patrol cases of Ramos and Compean who, are serving 11- and 12-year prison sentences for protecting this country from Drug Smugglers.
