Trash Dispatch: In addition to our own polluting of our nation's beaches, Mexico too, has it's hand in the mix. But Mexico Refuses to control it's polluting citing, "We don't have the money", and has effectively washed it's hands of the matter leaving the clean up, and the disease, for the United States Tax Payer and their children.
