NFL Atlanta Falcon's quarterback Michael Vick's "Chainsaw Massacre"

Trash Dispatch:
NFL Atlanta Falcon's quarterback Michael Vick has been indicted on charges he was involved in illegal "Dog Fighting".

The indictment in Richmond, Virginia, said dogs had been put to death by drowning, hanging, gunshot and electrocution. It also charged Vick and his associates with shooting dogs that did not pass muster after tests of their fighting ability.

Is this "Animal Cruelty"?

OR,

The NFL "Chainsaw Massacre"?

And what should be done with the Atlanta Falcon's quarterback Michael Vick,
should he be found guilty?

{note: I question my use of the "Labels/Tags", "Sports, and Entertainment News" for this story, but, what can I say? It fits both!}
