The Hutchison-Pence proposal would create private “Ellis Island Centers” to expedite the legitimate immigration process and help match workers with jobs Americans are not willing to do."
We already have a guest worker program Senator Hutchinson.
It's called the Green Card!

The truth is, it is "cheaper" for Slave Owners like Yourself, to put illegals in those jobs, than it is for You to Hire American. (or even "legally".)
