Trash Dispatch:
The 2007 Thanksgiving Day 40th annual Dallas Cowboy Football Post Game Report.
Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys in what should have been, a “50 - 0″ Flame Out for the New York Jets, just barely pulled this game out of the Spitoon with a “34 - 3″ Win.
Yeah ok. So it wasn’t even close. And the Dallas Cowboys handily put the New York Jets on a flight back to New York where they will lick their wounds right along side the New York Giants!
And yeah, Tony Romo eclipsed former Dallas Cowboy “Danny White’s” record of 29 Touchdown passes.
And yeah, the Dallas Cowboys are off to their Best Start EVER in their history at 10 and 1.
But make no mistake! The Jets gave a valiant effort before flaming out in Texas Stadium to fall to a miserable 2 - 9 record as “incredibly”, the Dallas Cowboy Defense did seem to step up on Turkey Day to hold the New York Jets to a three (3) point field goal which they made early in the game. But, …and as long as they can do it again Next Thursday, well then we should be ok.
However, and again, “BUT…,” we’re playing the GREEN BAY PACKERS next week and, …well, they ain’t the New York Jets. In fact, they ARE, … “Bret Farve”!
Need I say more?
Still, Terrence Newman is BACK!!! (which would account for the “3″ instead of “30″ points by the New York Jets.)
And I fully expect Patrick Crayton to be back to his ol Play Making self, delivering us (the fans), another game critical performance. Which, in the end, I guess, might just be the very element to account for my feeling of “un-easiness” about next week’s game against the Green Bay Packers as, and like I said, this game against the “4 - 6″ New York Jets should have been “50 - 0″, …by the end of the third quarter. But it didn’t happen! Instead, what happened was the Dallas Cowboys were held to “Two (2) Field Goals”, instead of two Touchdowns. And that bothers me!
Again, and I Pray, that Patrick Crayton is in fact, the reason the Cowboys didn’t score the points they Should have been able to score. As then he will be able to give us those Extra points that “i am Sure”, we are going to need against the Packers.
I don’t know. Maybe I’m just being (((PARANOID))). But after all, these are, the Green Bay Packers!!! And in case you haven’t been around for very long, I will tell you that the Packers, have Packed Our Cheese, a Bunch of times. Remember the “Ice Bowl”???
One thing is for sure. Both teams are “10 - 1″!
And no doubt, they will both give us all, the Game of the Century!
Thanks Guys!!!

hey i was wondering how did you get the expandable post code to work without having the sidebar and most of the posts disappear when viewing the blog in IE?
Hi, evilevilevil!
I guess the shortest answer to your question is that I MADE SURE to include the Closing </span> Tag at the end of my post!
It seems that "if you forget" the Closing </span> Tag, the whole rest of your Page cannot be viewed, as it has been included into the <span class="fullpost"> tag. Which Means, that if you want to see the rest of your page, you will have to click the "Read More" link.
I hope that helps. But I have a feeling you may need a little more help than that. I checked your code at http://skyphoenixofthewaterforest.blogspot.com/
and it appears as though you are using a java script to accomplish your expandable post, is that right? And if so then, I should tell that I do not use "expandable post", by rather "post Summaries".
Which Means, summaries are posted on the main page while the Full posts, *simply, have a page of their own. (*simply= no java script)
But which also means, I can help you with the code for "post summaries". But as far as the code for "expandable post" goes, I am afraid that you will need to check with the website where you got the script.
Again, I hope this helps.
