Senate nears immigration overhaul

With a deadline looming next week, senators locked in intense, secret negotiations over how to overhaul America's broken immigration system say they are closing in on a "grand bargain."

Those involved in the negotiations say the proposal would include border security and tougher sanctions against employers who hire illegal workers, along with a path to legal status – but not necessarily citizenship – for the millions now in the US illegally.

Bend over folks, we are about to get Reamed!

Note: "tougher sanctions against employers".
Myself having worked for an employer of both legal, and illegal immigrates; know for a fact that employers "already" do what they are supposed to do with regards to validating the legal status of their employees. ...(Drivers License, Social Security card, *Green Card*.)

The problem however, is Not with the employers (tho everybody cheats when they can), but that all legal (tho falsified) documents can be purchased at any local Trade Fair, LULAC, (or even at the Mexican Consulate), enabling the employment of, and in deed Requiring, an employer to hire an illegal alien, lest they be Prosecuted for "Descimination"! .
