Ask any "legal" citizen of the United States, who Opposes Farmers Branch city ordinance 2903 (an ordinance which bans catering to "illegal" immigrants); "why" the ordinance should be defeated, and they will tell you that the "cost" of such an ordinance, "is just too high".
The problem with that reasoning, is that when you figure how much money we, as "legal" citizens of the United States, lose everyday from Not selling Drugs, ...then the cost of living within the law is also too high.
And yeah, I'm sure some Snake-minded Profiteer will say; "It's not the same thing". But it is the same thing. Profit made illegally, is profit made illegally. Even if, it is disguised as humanitarianism. And not to be shorted their take, even former Mayors are getting in on the act, (that story HERE).
In advance of Monday's start to early voting for the May 12 election, The Dallas Morning News submitted five questions to leaders of the political action committees on both sides of this issue – Support Farmers Branch on behalf of the ordinance and Let the Voters Decide in opposition.
The groups were asked to respond in 100 words or less to each question. Read the answers to these questions, HERE!
